Symptoms that may indicate the need for an eye exam include blurry vision, frequent headaches, difficulty reading, eye strain, changes in night vision, and a need to squint.

The recommended frequency of eye exams varies by age. Children and adults under 40 should have an eye exam every 2 years. Adults 40 and older should have one annually. Diabetic patients may need more frequent examinations.

We try our best to accomodate walk-in patients but scheduling appointments in advance is highly recommended to avoid long waits based on our current schedule for that day.

Please bring your insurance information, current eyeglasses or contact lenses, a list of medications, and any relevant medical history.

A standard eye exam usually takes between one and two hours, depending on the complexity of the exam and any additional tests needed.

We accept most major insurance plans. Contact us with your insurance information, and we’ll assist you in verifying coverage.

Yes, we have an on-site lab at our sister company Buena Vista Optical and Eye Clinic.  This allows us to offer same-day eyeglasses in select cases. Contact us for more information.
